The Truth About EMFs

Are EMF’s harmful? An average 8-10 year old in the US spends 6 hours on screens, and an 11-14 year old spends 9 hours on screens per day according to the CDC. An average adult spends 6 hours and 59 minutes daily on electronic devices. Screen times are getting higher on mobile devices and lower on TV. Do EMFs and 5G Radiation harm us?

The World Health Organization in 2011 classified frequencies between 30kHz and 300 GHz to be possible carcinogens. The range of 5G wavelengths cell phone companies used are generally between 600MHz to 39 GHz, depending on need for range and coverage.

Microwave frequency spans from 300MHz to 30GHz. So, in effect the 5G wavelengths overlap microwave wavelengths. It wouldn’t be great to microwave your brain or body would it? An article in the Oct 2020 issue of Oncology Letters, calls out problems with lack of unbiased studies and government responsibility in relation to studies on safety of 5G. Some other anecdotal symptoms reported related to EMF exposure include:

  • numbness
  • pain
  • headaches
  • insomnia
  • brain fog
  • fatigue
  • mood issues: anxiety, depression, irritability
  • difficulty concentrating, forgetfullness
  • red blood cell decreased oxygen capacity
  • increased cellular mutation, potential carcinogenicity
  • inflammation

What’s the Solution:

There are so many anti-EMF devices on the market and it can be time consuming to research what a good product would be. I spent some time doing research and found this company Aires Tech, that had a lot of scientific backing to their products. 

This device does not block EMFs. Which actually may be good because if the waves are surrounding you, there is no way to shield your body entirely, short of a body suit! I personally can feel the heat, or a buzzing sensation if I put a cellphone into my pocket. But other than that, I did not think I had any effects from phones, routers, computers personally. But when I started wearing the Lifetune Go, I had more energy, felt calmer and more noticed that I am finishing projects faster when wearing the device. I didn’t even know some of these frequencies were affecting me until I used this device.

Worry and Fears about Your Health Issues

Is Fear about your Health Condition Overwhelming you?

Of course, no one wants to have a health issue or have to deal with it. The physical suffering is painful, but for some, the emotional worry that comes along with it, can be paralyzing. Some of my patients tell me that no matter how hard they try, some thoughts just come and they cannot get rid of them.

-What if it gets worse?

-What if I’m going to be like this forever?

-Last time I had a health issue was a bad experience and I’m afraid it’s going to turn into that.

-What if no doctor can help me?

-Do these symptoms mean there is something wrong with me?

-I have discomfort here… what if it is this______ condition?

-what if I’m going to get worse?

Do you think these thoughts have a positive or negative impact on your outcome?

Why do we even have these thoughts? Our bodies know something is wrong and is programmed to problem Nervous System Balancing. Energy Work from the Comfort of Your Home solve and to fix. Fear is an instinctual survival mechanism, that works as a warning that something is wrong. Back hundreds of years as hunter gatherers, fear worked to alert us to survive, and run away from danger. We all want to do something to make it better, and there is a false subconscious feeling that if we think about the problem and worry, it will somehow mean you’re keeping tabs on it. Fear is a conversation you have with yourself that only gives you distress. Faith liberates and heals.

So how do you get out of anxiety or worry mode?

When you are at peace and relaxed there is less inflammation, your hormones are more balanced, your immune system works more optimally, it is easier to gain muscle mass, your body is more alkaline, and your body has the ability to heal faster. We all want to do something to make it better.

Sometimes not worrying feels like you’re accepting your fate and giving up. That is why it is so hard to let go. When you let go of stress, you are not resigning your goal to get better. But when you let go of stress, you are letting go of emotions that make you sick. This is what you can do. Think thoughts that make you well. It is doing something good.

Some patients are aware of everything I just said, but have difficulty controlling their thoughts. The anxiety seems to be a state that the body seems locked in. What is True Freedom

Happy Memorial Day! As we remember those who have fought for our country’s freedom today, it can also be a time to reflect on the health of our personal freedom.

-Do you feel like you have freedom?

-Does your health keep you from being a part of what means the most to you?

-Do you feel trapped by your own thoughts in your head and desire emotional freedom?

-Is something in your life not OK, but you’ve allowed it to continue?

-Is there something you desire, but you feel it is impossible to have?

If you are doing fantastic, I am so happy for you. If you are struggling, know that this too will pass. The first step in change is realizing that you want something to be different. I’ve found 2 roadblocks to getting what you desire, and if these are overcome, it is so easy for good things, like health, weight loss, freedom from anxiety/depression, improved relationships, and financial abundance be possible. Let’s overcome the 2 roadblocks.

1.     Lack of follow through. What is true freedom? Is it to do whatever you want, whenever you want? Maybe not. If a kid wants to stick their fingers into the electric outlet, they will get hurt, you tell them no. As adults, true freedom is having the discipline to do what leads us to lasting happiness, satisfaction, and purpose. Having the ability to say no to food cravings will help you feel better and look better. Giving up the comfort of watching TV and going for a walk will give you more energy. Having the ability to stop negative spiraling thought patterns will allow you to get out suffering sooner. Having the ability to think thoughts that serve you will get you want you truly want so much faster.

2.     Lack of control over your feelings and thoughts. Many of you have tried therapy for years talking about the same sort of things but don’t feel it really works. While helpful for insight and understanding about the situation, often our nervous systems are locked into programs since childhood.  Or traumas or negative experiences program our brains into either fight and flight (always being on guard, anxiety, protecting ourselves), or into freeze mode where we are paralyzed to move forward. Techniques that help rewire the nervous system is so helpful to making it so much easier to finally have control over your thoughts and emotions. Helping your nervous system feel safe to make change is what makes you able to change. If your brain wants to change, but your nervous system tells you it is not safe to, then the survival response wins and you are fighting yourself. The good news is there is a way to re-wire your brain to your advantage.

I encourage you to take some time for reflection this Memorial Day. You are worth it, beautiful, valued, important and deserving. You can have good things and good health. Natural Remedies and Energy Medicine for Dopamine Related Disorders

Dopamine is a brain chemical (neurotransmitter). Did you know that there can be some types of depression that is related to low levels of dopamine? Usually we think of the neurotransmitter serotonin for mood, but understanding your specific brain chemistry can make a big difference in the success of therapies.

Serotonin deficient depression presents more with:

-sadness, crying

-poor emotional regulation

-mood swings

-fatigue

 

Dopamine deficient depression presents more with:

-lack of motivation

-apathy

-loss of joy in activities that were fun

-feeling helpless

 

Low levels of dopamine associated with:

-Depression

-Lack of motivation

-Lack of pleasure

-Parkinson’s disease

 

High levels of dopamine associated with:

-addiction

-schizophrenia

-hallucinations

-mania

-nausea/vomiting

-restless leg syndrome

 

There are 5 receptors for dopamine. D1, D2, D3, D4 and D5. They function differently. D1 and D5. D1 and D5 dopamine receptors are linked to G proteins that activate adenylate cyclase. D2, D3, D4 are linked to G proteins that inhibit adenylate cyclase. Different receptors are associated with different functions or conditions if function is out of balance.

Studies show D2 receptor activity is important for a process called apoptosis and important to keep certain neurological tumors at bay. Some people have developed anti-bodies against D2 receptors in dopaminergic neurons in the brain, and this can lead to the pathogenesis of Parkinson’s disease.

Depending on the condition, it is important to understand if you have high or low levels of dopamine. There is a test that we can run for this. It may also be helpful to know if certain receptors or under or over active. And lastly it may be helpful to know if the immune system is creating any auto-immunity against certain dopamine receptors or dopaminergic neurons. Certain supplements may be helpful in addressing early imbalances with the above.

Energy work such as Pranic healing has also been extremely effective for neurological issues. For example in Parkinson’s disease the basic chakra and the body is very depleted because the spine is clogged with diseased energy and cannot transmit energy and nerve conductivity properly. The ajna and back head chakras are overactivated and depleted at the same time to compensate for lack of energy from the basic chakra moving up to nourish the rest of the body and head. Malfunction in the back head chakra leads to degeneration of certain nerve cells that produce dopamine. In early stages, Pranic healing can be very helpful for this condition.

Another example: We address the basic chakra in depression. When someone does not have the will to live, or is suicidal, their basic chakra is extremely depleted. Cleansing and energizing the basic chakra is key to both physically caused depression as well as more emotionally caused depression. For depression that is more of a physical issue, addressing the navel, solar plexus and spleen chakras are important.

For depression that is more due to psychological factors, addressing the upper chakras help cleanse negative thoughts and provide energy to integrate positive truths. Some patients who have gone to therapy often know, “I should let go” “This doesn’t need to stress me out” etc. But physically they still feel the anxiety or feel uneasy. It’s not that easy to “think” it away. Pranic healing can help integrate the nervous system so the new truths feel real. It’s like the brain getting married to the heart.

Usually both physical and emotional factors need to be addressed in depression. Utilizing both natural supplements and proper energy healing can be very beneficial for these patients to feel functional, happy and themselves again.

What is the key to happiness?

Why are you doing what you are doing? Ultimately, you want a good life. Do you have a good life? Is it working?

If not, the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and over again and expecting a different result. So how do you get the result you want?

It’s 2021, a new year. Yes we have a pandemic and a lot has changed. But I want to encourage you not to blame what you can’t have on the pandemic, the mitigation efforts that did or did not happen, other people and so forth. Remember that there is always an infinite number of opportunities. There are opportunities in good times and bad times. So don’t settle with the world events as a reason for your life to not be the way you would like it to be.

Not everything is always going to go your way. It is life. Pain happens, circumstances happens but suffering is a choice. Suffering is our response to something happening outside in our environment. Good news is suffering can end. 

How long suffering lasts depends on 2 things:

1.     Your Response to it

2.     Your actions or inaction to move on

For example:

Negative Responses that are not helpful: (The following are common feelings that can feel quite real in the moment)

“This politician is horrible, if they don’t do that, I wouldn’t be in this situation.”

“I’m stuck, I don’t see a way out”

“I don’t have what they have, so it’s not possible for me”

“I’m so anxious and depressed, I’m paralyzed in my own emotions”

“What if I make a mistake”

Positive Responses that are helpful: (These can help reframe your situation)

“I’m grateful for what I have and more blessings will come to me”

“I can love those who don’t “understand me” yet”

“They may be mean to me, it’s not about me, but about their own suffering they are going through”

“There are infinite possibilities and opportunities for me”

“I can learn this lesson and move on”

“Successful people have made many mistakes; mistakes will not stop me”

 

They key to ending suffering and being happy is:

1.     Having the right viewpoint and mindset

2.     Saying the right words (to yourself and others)

3.     Taking the right actions

4.     Letting go and moving on

Studies show a correlation between happiness, health and longevity. The happiest people live longer. (Effects of happiness on physical health. R. Veenhoven. Journal of happiness studies Feb 28, 2007). Happiness is also associated with lower inflammatory markers before and after acute stress. (Ann behavior medicine April 2019). Immune system cells and the thyroid can cross talk and one study even indicated that thyroid function can be influenced by mood.
